The exact information processed depends on the features you use and the notices shown to you. Where a feature requires sensitive personal information, we will provide any additional notice and obtain any authorization required by applicable law.

Do not send full payment card numbers, CVVs, PINs, one-time verification codes, or unrelated health details through ordinary feedback or customer support messages.

3. Device Permissions

The App requests permissions when you use a feature that needs them. You may refuse a permission, but the related feature may then be unavailable.

Bluetooth or nearby devices

Finding, pairing, connecting, and syncing a ring

The related ring connection or sync operation will  not work

Location, where required by the operating system

You will not receive the relevant push notifications

You may use manual entry or another available method

Photos or files

Biometrics

Using device biometrics to sign in or confirm a  sensitive action

You may use another verification method offered on  the relevant screen

You can review and change permissions through the App settings or your mobile device settings. After you disable a permission, the App will stop obtaining new information through that permission. Information lawfully processed before the permission was disabled is not automatically deleted.

The App uses the authentication result provided by your mobile operating system. It does not collect your fingerprint, Face ID data, or facial template.

4. Payment Features

When you choose to add a payment card, we provide the information needed to verify the card and enable ring payments to the relevant bank, card issuer, card network, or payment service provider.

·     You may enter card information manually or use camera-assisted recognition where available.

·     The App displays only masked information, such as the card suffix, and does not display payment keys.

·     You can view card status and related transactions on the card details screen.

·     Removing a card stops that card from being used for ring payments. It does not delete transaction records that a bank or payment participant must retain by law.

·     Before unpairing or removing a ring, follow the on-screen instructions for handling payment cards on that ring.

Everyday contactless payments are made directly between the ring and a compatible payment terminal and generally do not require the App to be open.

5. Health Features

Health features use relevant data only after you authorize them and connect your ring. In the App, you may view available current readings, historical trends, sleep, activity, stress, and other supported health content.

Health data collected from your ring may be processed and stored locally on your mobile device. If an account-linked cloud health feature is offered and you choose to enable it, the App will identify the categories of health data involved, the purpose of the upload, and the relevant controls before specified health data is uploaded to the Anvor platform. When no cloud health feature has been enabled, ring health readings remain on your device, except for technical events that do not contain the health measurements themselves.

If you choose to enable synchronization with a system health platform, the App will read or write data only within the scope you select in the operating system. You may disable this synchronization at any time in the App or system settings.

Health data, scores, alerts, and guidance are provided only for general wellness and lifestyle purposes. They are not medical diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, or professional medical advice. If you feel unwell or have questions about your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

We do not use your health data to determine payment eligibility, credit, insurance, or employment conditions, or for personalized advertising.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

·     Provide the account, ring, payment, transaction, health, and settings features you choose to use;

·     Send alerts you enable and essential account, security, or service notices;

·     Respond to inquiries, resolve technical issues, and protect accounts and services;

·     Improve the App's stability, compatibility, and user experience; and

·     Perform our contractual and legal obligations.

If we intend to use information for a materially different purpose, we will provide a new notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

7. How We Share Information

To provide the features you use, we may share information with or engage the following recipients only where necessary:

·     Banks, card issuers, card networks, and payment service providers for card verification, ring payments, and transaction viewing;

·     Ring technology, health SDK, and system health platform providers for device connection and health synchronization you authorize;

·     Cloud hosting, messaging, customer support, security, and technical service providers that help us operate and maintain the App;

·     Third parties you choose to connect or authorize; and

·     Regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authorities legally entitled to request information.

The App will provide a third-party information-sharing list identifying the relevant third parties, purposes, information categories, and privacy policy links.

We do not sell your personal information. If information is transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, we will provide notice as required by law and require the recipient to continue protecting the information.

8. Storage and Retention

The storage location and responsible party depend on the information and service involved:

·     Information stored on your device: The App may store health data, settings, cached content, and other information locally on your mobile device. The physical location of this information follows the location of your device and the storage or backup settings you choose.

·     Information stored on the Anvor platform: Account and profile information, ring relationships, card references, settings, transaction information made available to Anvor, health data uploaded through a cloud health feature that you expressly enable, technical events, security logs, and customer support records may be stored on Anvor servers in China.

·     Information processed by payment participants: Banks, card issuers, card networks, token service providers, payment processors, and other payment participants may independently process and store payment card, verification, Token, and transaction information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

·     Information processed by system health platforms and other third parties: If you enable Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or another Third-Party Service, the relevant provider may process and store information under the scope you authorize and its own privacy policy. Its storage location and retention practices are determined by that provider.

For personal information controlled by Anvor, our servers are currently located in China. If Anvor needs to provide personal information to a recipient outside China, we will provide a separate notice, complete the applicable legal procedures, describe the overseas recipient and processing, and obtain separate consent or other required authorization before the transfer.

We retain information only for the shortest period needed to provide features and comply with contractual and legal obligations. Our standard retention periods are:

Information category

Standard retention period

Account and profile information

While the account remains active; deleted or  anonymized within 30 days after account closure

Ring pairing, card reference, and settings data

While the relevant relationship or feature remains  active; deleted or anonymized within 30 days after unpairing, removal, or  account closure

Health data

While the account remains active or until you delete  it; deleted or anonymized within 30 days after a valid deletion request or  account closure

Payment and masked transaction records

Five years from the transaction date, or longer  where required by law or applicable bank or payment provider rules

Customer support and feedback records

Two years after the matter is closed

Network operation and security logs

At least six months; records connected with a  security incident, complaint, or dispute are retained until the matter is  resolved

Marketing subscriptions and notification preferences

While the subscription or account remains active;  related processing stops within 30 days after you unsubscribe or withdraw  consent

Backup data

Overwritten according to the backup cycle and  retained for no longer than 90 days, unless otherwise required by law

Where the law requires a different period, or information relates to an unresolved complaint, dispute, security incident, or regulatory investigation, we may retain it for the legally required or reasonably necessary additional period. We will delete or anonymize it promptly after that matter ends.

Signing out, disabling a permission, unpairing a ring, removing a card, and closing an account are different actions:

·     Signing out ends the current session but does not delete account information.

·     Disabling a permission or synchronization stops future access or synchronization but does not automatically delete previously processed data.

·     Unpairing a ring removes the relationship between the account and ring but does not automatically delete data previously synchronized.

·     Removing a card stops the card from being used for ring payments but does not delete transaction records retained as required by law.

·     Closing an account triggers deletion or anonymization of the account and associated personal information, except information retained for a documented legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory reason.

9. Information Security

We use security measures appropriate to the type and risk of the information, including safeguards for transmission and storage, access restrictions, security monitoring, and incident response. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account, verification codes, and devices, and do not disclose sensitive credentials to others.

If an information security incident may affect your rights and interests, we will take remedial action and notify you as required by law.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

·     Access, copy, or correct your personal information;

·     Delete eligible personal information;

·     Withdraw consent or change device permissions, health synchronization, and notification settings;

·     Obtain a copy of your personal information or request portability, where applicable;

·     Restrict or object to certain processing, where applicable;

·     Close your account; and

·     Ask questions or submit a complaint about our processing.

You can perform common actions through the following controls:

·     Profile → Edit Profile: View and update your profile information;

·     Profile → Notifications: Manage notification preferences;

·     Profile → Privacy: View privacy information and permission controls;

·     Mobile device settings: Manage Bluetooth, location, notification, camera, photo, biometric, and system health permissions;

·     Card details: View or remove a payment card;

·     Ring details: Manage or unpair a ring;

·     Profile → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account: Request account closure;

·     The public account-deletion page linked from the App's Google Play listing: Request account and associated-data deletion without reinstalling the App; and

·     If the App does not yet provide a data export or separate data-deletion control, submit a request using the contact details in the “Contact Us” section.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request to protect your account and information. We will not require you to reinstall the App merely to submit an account-deletion request. Closing an account includes deletion or anonymization of personal information associated with that account, except information that we must retain for a documented legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory reason. We will explain any applicable retention exception and respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain the reason where required.

11. Adults Only

The App and Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to use the relevant features. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register for an account or use the App or Services.

Payment features may also be subject to additional eligibility restrictions imposed by banks, issuers, card schemes, Payment Partners, and local law. Being at least 18 does not necessarily mean that you are eligible to enable every payment feature.

If you believe that a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the details in this Policy. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including restricting the account and deleting or otherwise handling the information as required by applicable law.

12. Notifications and Marketing

You can disable non-essential notifications in the App or your mobile device settings. If you disable notifications, you may not receive device, payment, or health alerts you previously selected.

Essential account security, service interruption, material feature change, and policy update notices are not marketing communications. You may stop receiving marketing communications by using the unsubscribe method provided in the message.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our features, legal obligations, or services change. If a change is material, we will notify you through an in-App notice, on-screen message, email, or another appropriate method and obtain renewed consent where required by law.
